Things buyers usually ask
Something else on your mind? Send us a note
Which currencies can I pay in?
The currencies available to you are listed on the payment page. You’ll see the full amount in your chosen currency before you confirm.
Does my payment go to the developer?
Yes. Tamapay takes it on your developer’s behalf and passes it on in pesos, labelled with your unit.
How do I get my receipt?
We email it to you once the payment goes through. Your developer sees the same record.
Can I pay for a family member’s unit?
Yes, as long as you have the payment link or their account details. The payment is credited to the unit, whoever pays it.
What if my payment fails?
You’ll see a message straight away and you won’t be charged. Try again with the same card or a different payment method.
Who do I contact about my balance or contract?
Your developer looks after your account, balance and contract. For help with a payment itself, write to us.
Stuck on a payment?
For balances or contracts, your developer is the one to ask.
